All of our products are made-to-order, and for that reason, sales are final.
We do not issue refunds based on personal preference. If you believe there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with the product available for review. Any resolution will be handled thoughtfully and at our discretion.
Please note that payment processing fees and all initial deposits are non-refundable.

Because each order is prepared specifically for you, all initial deposits are non-refundable.
Orders that are already in progress cannot be canceled.
At times, store credit may be offered in place of a refund.

Allergies & Ingredients
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and food colorings (such as FD&C Yellow #5). Although we follow careful preparation practices, we operate in a shared environment and cannot promise that any item is free from allergen exposure.
If you or your guests have food allergies, please consider this before placing an order.

Pickups & Deliveries
Once an order has been picked up or accepted at delivery, the handling of the product becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Cakes and pastries are delicate and require proper handling and storage. We recommend keeping cakes level during transport and away from direct sunlight. Heat exposure can soften buttercream and compromise the design. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for damage that occurs after an order leaves our shop.
Unclaimed orders will be held for up to two days. After that time, they will be discarded and cannot be refunded.
